Orders are processed Monday through Saturday
within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking
link by email so you can follow it on its way to you.
Please note: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
A valid street address is required at checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, use your tracking number
to follow your package in real time.
If your tracking shows delivered but your package
hasn't arrived, please allow 24 hours before reaching out —
occasionally there is a delay between the carrier scan
and actual delivery.
After an order is confirmed delivered to the correct address,
Aurasphere is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

your order. If a package is returned to us due to an
incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address,
a reshipping fee will apply:
